What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your organisation, if you provide one
• Your telephone number, if you provide one
• The type of enquiry you select
• The message you write

We do not collect anything else. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising tools and no analytics on this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to read and reply to your enquiry. Your details are never used for marketing, never sold and never shared with anyone for their own purposes.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry that you chose to send. You can object to this at any time.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry is stored in a database on this website’s server, and a copy is sent by email to Sima’s Zoho Mail account. Zoho Corporation acts as a processor and handles the email service on our behalf.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security purposes. Your IP address is also held briefly in memory to limit spam submissions, and is not stored permanently.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted within three months. Once your enquiry has been answered and that period has passed, the record is removed automatically.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data
• Ask us to restrict how we use it
• Object to us using it
• Ask for a copy in a portable format
